I do both, and each requires a different strategic toolkit:
For Existing Products (Optimization): I use behavioral data, heatmaps, and multilingual user testing to identify exactly where users are dropping off or losing trust. This is my Impact Accelerator track, where the goal is immediate ROI.
For New Products (Validation): My focus is on risk mitigation. I help you move from a "gut feeling" to a validated roadmap. Using my Validation Sprint, we test core assumptions with native-market users before you invest in development, ensuring you don't build a product nobody wants.
